How to read the result
Cost per use is a prompt, not a verdict. A £20 service used once may still matter more than a £5 service used every day. Compare similar services, think about who else relies on them, and check any notice period before changing a plan.
- Keep: it is used and clearly worth the cost to you.
- Downgrade: it is useful, but a cheaper plan may do the same job.
- Review: usage is low, duplicated or difficult to judge.
- Cancel: you no longer expect to use it and the contract allows it.
The calculation
Each price is converted to an annual figure: weekly × 52, monthly × 12, quarterly × 4, or the annual price as entered. The monthly equivalent is the annual figure divided by 12. Cost per use divides that monthly equivalent by your estimated uses in a typical month. Figures are planning estimates; check the provider’s current price and terms before acting.
